Chameleon Federation Meeting
I'm heading to San Luis Obispo tomorrow morning to attend the Chameleon Federation's 2007 Digital Publishing Workshop and Community Meeting at Cal Poly (Hosted by Cal Poly's Graphic Communication department).
The Chameleon Federation is a HP funded community of academics interested in Digital Publishing. From what I understand its a mix of scientists and researchers interested in graphic communication, computing and information science, and electronic publishing. It should be an interesting meeting.
Frank Cost and I will be presenting our work on Web-enabled print. He will be providing some insight into his experience with the technology, and I will be discussing some of the findings from my thesis.
I have a couple days of down time to enjoy the beautiful central coast weather (which will be a nice change after the rainfest in Boston last week) before the meeting officially starts on Wednesday.
