AIIM ON DEMAND 2007
Registration for AIIM ON DEMAND is now open. You can get a free Expo Hall pass if you register by online by April 15th. The event takes place April 16-19 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.
I attended On Demand last year and was very impressed with the show. This is the trade show I had always dreamed about: Lots of cutting edge technology to deliver content on-demand.
On the On Demand exhibit floor you will find companies showcasing the latest in MIS, content management, workflow, and digital printing systems. In the conference rooms you will hear about techniques for delivering content on-demand, new opportunities for digital print, and strategies for managing and growing a digital business.
You will want to attend this event if you are:
looking at transitioning into digital printing (buying that shiny new Xerox iGen3).
investing in web-enabled printing (web-to-print) workflows or e-commerce systems.
thinking about providing content or digital asset management services to your customers.
If you go, don't spend all your time in the On Demand expo hall. Spend time walking the AIIM Expo hall (you will need to register separately, but it also free until April 15th. AIIM registration). If you're not familiar with AIIM, they are the Enterprise Content Management Association.
Visiting the AIIM expo, will give you an opportunity to see the new technologies in enterprise content management and to look at the systems your customers are using to manage content before it gets to you. A better understanding of your customers content management challenges may lead to new opportunities for your company.
