You're Welcome!
I got a nice note from Heath Cajandig, web-to-print product manager at EFI thanking me for Printmode: I appreciate your blog that focuses on our industry. I found it to be fresh; a rarity in this industry.

But why is it a rarity? Why haven't more printers, vendors, and consultants joined the blogosphere? There is a lot of collective knowledge to be shared.
I was happy to see Xerox join the discussion with their In the Balance blog, but then they dropped the ball. Not enough interaction from REAL Xerox people. Just a bunch of disparate statements from industry consultants revolving around a single marketing event. That stuff is OK, but I wanna read more from Mike Salfity talking about workflow!
When Dr Joe asked where are the printing blogs are earlier this year, he received comments like: What do you expect, the printing industry has no understanding of new media.
I'm not sure I buy that explanation, but sadly its probably true.
Maybe someday there will be more blogs like this, where Percy talks about his commercial printing operation or Fabiob talking about giclee printing (I didn't even know what Giclee printing was until I started reading that blog) or some industry consultant talking about impending doom (of course that's a joke, but I have heard some describe Dr Joe as the doomsday prophet).

Or some guy from one of the better equipment suppliers writing the occasional piece on printing.
