Newsvine
I just got accepted into the newsvine.com beta program.
Newsvine is a collective where anyone can read, write, and influence the news.
Basically, the site aggregates news from around the web from places like the AP and traditional news sources. The site provides a discussion mechanism that allows traditional comment feedback as well as a live chat feature.
